Cy-Kill gains control of a machine(from the evil human Dr.Frost) with which he can control the weather of the whole world. The Guardians seems to be powerless against it. Dive-Dive and Screwhead steal all the scenes they are in.A classic episode even without Crasher.Nick Burns has one of the best lines in response to Dr.Frost's boastful comment:"This never would have happened if the world had recognized my genius!" Nick replies with sarcasm:"I'm sure the jury will be weeping when they hear that".
