Poor ,Hans Cuff. Easily one of the most bland and unfortunate police officers in the Guardians.Despite running afoul of the Renegades often he bounced back and was always around.He hauled the Renegades to prison but I don't know why they did not just use Staks with his trailer for that duty.It's not his fault the writers really did nothing interesting with him.
